Our broad experience enables us to ask the right questions to help you determine your needs. We find that many customers don't know what they want and/or need. We will provide an evaluation of your requirements and offer a variety of options based on networking best practices.
Installation & Post-Installation Consultation
Dallas Help Desk will coordinate network installation with customers to provide installations that have minimal negative impact on production. An open line of communication with the customer will be maintained throughout the installation process. Upon completion of install, a detailed network diagram will be provided to the customer. This is a great value added service that provides the customer with a level of comfort knowing how systems integrate with each other. This is of significant importance when 3rd party vendors/consultants need to implement other solutions into your network.
